Adrienne Chan

​​Adrienne Chan, is a Physician Assistant at Modena Health specializing in the care of patients with allergies and asthma. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California (USC) and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada.

Originally from the San Gabriel Valley, Adrienne began her career in primary care serving the low-income, underserved population of Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles. This experience deepened her compassion and exposed her to a wide variety of complex medical conditions. She later transitioned to working with the geriatric population, performing Medicare assessments and developing a strong understanding of the unique and multifaceted health challenges faced by older adults. She also gained experience in internal medicine, caring for adult patients across all age groups.

Fueled by personal experiences with allergies and asthma, Adrienne understands how uncontrolled allergic and respiratory conditions can significantly impact quality of life. As a mother of children affected by allergies and asthma, she empathizes with families navigating symptoms and searching for answers. She is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care and empowering patients to better manage their conditions.

Outside of the clinic, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her husband, exercising regularly in order to keep up with her three young children, & participating in her local city & church community.
